My friend Alex Strauss, The MindfulWalker, offers a wealth of wisdom on the well-being that comes to us as we connect with Nature — and all of her offerings are delivered so beautifully, it is a joy to follow her! I am so happy, and honoured, to announce that Alex will be interviewing me March 20. Women’s Wellness Circle – 2 Hour Presentation
April 23, 4:30-6:30 Pacific Time. I am so pleased to be presenting a two hour Zoom presentation to the Women’s Wellness Circle – Barrie/Innisfil. I will be reading from my book Volume II, SYLVAN REFLECTIONS: Wanderings, Paintings and Ponderings from the Forest and showing my film On BEAUTY, As We Come to it in the Forest. I’ll also guide the group through an exercise to deepen their own connection to the forest, tapping into what creative impulses might arise to express the experiencing of wonder and magic found in the forest . . .
A Women’s Wellness Circle is a sacred place where you can meet and make incredible friendships with like-minded and like-spirited people. Women who are of like mind gather on the 4th Wednesday of every month as gifted presenters come to share with the group. Topics and themes change monthly. All women, age 18 and up, are welcome, come join us! ~Debbie Armstrong, Facilitator
